Our membership of over 900 is a testimony to the value you will receive from expanding your relationships, attending educational opportunities, being informed by our Event Blasts and Newsletter, and making use of the resources on the website.
There are two types of members:
- Individuals, which only applies to Concierges and independent small Tour Guide businesses.
- Companies. As a company, when you first sign up you will fill out a two stage form, a form for business and marketing information, and secondly a record for yourself. Then you can add other staff members at no additional cost. Your staff will then be included in event and educational invitations, and receive the weekly Event Blasts and bi-monthly Newsletters so they are informed about the Hospitality happenings to best assist their guests. You will want to select one of those additional records as the Key profile for the company, either yourself or someone you designate to be in charge of updates, billing, etc.
Take a look at the MAIN CATEGORIES of membership below. Each has a list of the finer Sub-Categories it includes. Select the Main Category that has a Sub-Category best suited to your business. When you fill out your membership application you will have the opportunity to select your Sub-Category.
