CANVAS Members continually provide guests to Napa and Sonoma with the best possible experiences. The Concierge Alliance’s mission is to support and elevate the capabilities of the Hospitality Community of Napa Valley to best serve visitors to our destination. Our programs facilitate:

    • Networking that will enhance relationships within the Hospitality Community so its members can collaborate most effectively on behalf of the guest.
    • We provide Education to continuously expand and enhance the knowledge of the region and Customer Service to those serving visitors.
    • We support the Hospitality Community with easily accessible information and resources needed to serve the guest.


Our philosophy is that to the degree that everyone in the Hospitality Community is well connected; constantly learning and growing, which keeps them excited about their role; and they have access to all possible information, they will have a superior interaction with the guest. This positions them to have a positive influence on whether the guest is inclined to return, and spread the word about Napa Valley being a very desirable destination. In doing this the Hospitality Professionals develop a sense of pride in their contribution to the economy of Napa Valley.
