The show will unfold in three parts.
9:15am to 12:15pm: Local Venue Tours
12:30pm - 2:00pm: Special Three Environment Lunch
1:30pm - 5:00pm: Exhibit Hall Open
How To Prepare
1. Hotel Reservations. If you are planning to stay in Sonoma overnight or longer, make lodging reservations as soon as possible. CANVAS lodging partners will offer special Trade Rates for Trade Show Attendees. *Mention CANVAS Trade Show.

2. Weather. Think mid 70's to low 80's. Comfortably warm weather is typical in June in Wine Country. Dress appropriately. The Trade Show will be outdoors in the shade of the trees. Keep in mind also that nights will cool down considerably, often by 30 degrees or more. Best to check the weather report before you come.
3. Walking. Walking along the vineyards on the site Tours will be part of your experience.. At Trentadue Winery you will be both inside and outside on grass. You will want to wear comfortable shoes.
